One of Atlanta’s premier bands, Speak EZ performs jazz, R&B, dance, pop and originals.  In earlier days, musicians were accustomed to bringing the music to the people with energy and passion.  Speak EZ interjects a taste of devotion, commitment and talent, blending it into a style and sound that is the backbone of their vision.

Their sound is driven under the direction of band leader and master drummer, Oliver (OJ) Jackson, a musician, producer, band leader and songwriter who started his foray into his music career under the skillful eye of his talented father who is also a drummer.  Oliver was just fourteen years old when he stepped onto the music scene playing at concerts and other events all over the Midwest.  He was steeped in the study of the jazz greats and was playing at the level of his adult mentors after having learned at the regular jam sessions orchestrated at his father’s home.  Oliver’s drumming mesmerizes his audiences and leaves them wanting more and trying to figure out how he delivers his deft and always soulful in the pocket grooves.  He works tirelessly to ensure Speak EZ performs at the highest level to make every client feel more than satisfied.  Oliver is also a recording artist and released his self-produced CD titled “Inside Out in 2015.  It is available on iTunes.

Oliver designs the grooves and dynamic show to bring back what he believes the people want:  excitement, variety and fun.  Performing for years as independent touring musicians, Speak EZ Band knows how to exceed your expectations.

The Speak EZ Band has a variety of options available to select when planning the music for your wedding or event.  Fees are all inclusive for the Atlanta area excluding parking expenses and staff meals.
